Products and order acceptance

Proposed launch rule: product pages will state the actual garment specifications, available variants, price, taxes and delivery limits before purchase. concept images are not evidence of fabric, fit or print quality. TO CONFIRM: supplier mapping, size charts, inventory rules and when an order becomes accepted.

Prices and payments

Proposed launch rule: the final total, including applicable taxes and shipping, will be shown before payment. India payment methods and international cards must both be approved and tested before launch. No payment method is currently active. TO CONFIRM: supported currencies, payment methods, conversion disclosures and invoice details.

Delivery, cancellation and refunds

The Shipping and Refund/Cancellation drafts describe unresolved launch rules. No delivery promise or refund window has been established. TO CONFIRM: production cutoff, delivery responsibilities and return/refund terms before any order is taken.

Website use and design rights

Proposed launch rule: visitors should not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access or submit material they have no right to use. TO CONFIRM: rights to production artwork and all published product imagery. imagery does not establish design exclusivity.

Disputes and updates

TO CONFIRM with legal review: governing law, complaint handling, dispute process and any lawful limits. No waiver of statutory consumer rights is proposed. The final version needs a dated effective date and change process; this draft has no launch effective date.
